Private visits to the museum’s collections can be arranged during the day whilst the museum is open to the public, but also outside of opening hours. A specialist guide will help you to discover the history of the Musée Unterlinden and its remarkable attractions, including the Isenheim Altarpiece (1512-1516), a masterpiece in the history of art created by Mathias Grünewald and Niclaus of Haguenau, and the modern art collection (works by Monet, Bonnard, Delaunay, Dubuffet, Picasso, de Staël…). The guide could also accompany you on a tour of the current temporary exhibition.

Throughout the year, the museum offers you the opportunity of organising a breakfast (7.30 am – 9.45 am), with the option of a visit to the permanent or temporary collections.
