Group admission fee:
€6 per person (15 persons or more)
Free admission for group leaders.
Reservation of audioguides and audiophones:
- for those who wish to visit the museum on an individual basis with the assistance of an audioguide available in six languages (French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch).

- for groups who wish to visit the museum equipped with an audiophone system including a microphone for the guide and receivers for the members of the group.

Reservation of guided tours provided by the Office of Tourism :
Visits are provided in various languages by the guides of the Colmar Office of Tourism.

Payment by voucher
You may apply for deferred payment of admission fees (by way of a voucher or administrative transfer). Please submit your requests in advance to Marie-Claire Gander, Services Administratifs et Financiers.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the works on display in the museum, all visitors carrying backpacks or umbrellas are asked to leave them with the baggage check personnel in the museum lobby, before entering the galleries.
